Your Health

When you enter therapy, the therapist will ask you about your health habits.  For example, do you get a good night's sleeep generally?  Do you manage your food intake and eat a healthy diet?  Are you under a doctor's care for any condition?  Do you have any physical symptoms that concern you?  Most physical symptoms should be evaluated by your doctor, so that any health condition can be managed as you work on your personal issues.
